Can I wear Iddi inserts in sports bras?

Can I wear Iddi inserts in swimwear?
Iddi inserts work perfectly in bikinis and one-pieces for that extra boost. We recommend removing them before swimming, as they're designed for wear, not water.
Do they stay in place?
Iddi inserts sit securely in a well-fitted sports bra or swim top. Movement may occur if the pocket is too large or lacks structure.
