The raised nipple detail is subtle and designed to look slightly less visible than if you were wearing no padding at all. It's more noticeable under white or lighter fabrics, and far more discreet under black, thicker materials, or prints.

Iddi inserts work perfectly in bikinis and one-pieces for that extra boost. We recommend removing them before swimming, as they're designed for wear, not water.

Iddi inserts sit securely in a well-fitted sports bra or swim top. Movement may occur if the pocket is too large or lacks structure.
